i previously stayed in a different hotel in shelbyville, but this time, comfort inn exceeded my expectations. the rooms were spotless, and the beds felt incredibly comfy for a quiet weekend. the staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home.

I had a great time with my friends. This place is a perfect base for fun, only a short drive to Indiana Grand Casino and Buck Creek Winery. The free use of the Shelby County Athletic Club was a nice bonus. We caught up on our favorite HBO shows in the clean rooms. The breakfast was solid too!

However, I requested extra pillows when I checked in, but it took longer than expected for them to arrive.

The elevator showed signs of neglect, evidenced by a puddle of water on the floor likely from pool splash. While the room itself had beautiful decor, the bathroom cleanliness could have used more attention, as remnants in the sink indicated it may not have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay.

Location was convenient for our softball tournament. Quick check-in, and the front desk staff was friendly. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. However, the elevator was small, and there was a strange odor of air freshener throughout the hotel, like they were trying to cover something up. The bathroom could have used a better clean, with residues left over. We had to ask for a shower curtain after finding out ours was missing.
